Complaint Review: PCDI

I saw your website about fraud. I totally agree about PCDI internet courses and programs. I joined their bridal consulting program. They said I could work at my own pace, what a lie. I took the first set of exams, any idiot could pass them they were so easy. Then I found out you don't need a certificate to do bridal consulting in my state. I turned in my exams and paid for the next month exams but they never arrived. It was really at their pace not mind.

A few months later I got the exams. By that time I was so unhappy they were so late when I wanted to finish the class fast. I then mailed them back unopened. I contacted them to cancel three times but no one responded. Then I emailed them. They wrote back telling me they have no record of one of my payments, I have a late fee now, and by cancelling I owe almost two hundred dollars to cover adminstrative fees. I wrote the President of PCDI about it and of course no response. This is crazy.
