PCDI ripoff Norcross Georgia
These people took my down payment in Dec and have since failed to send me any materials except bills. I complained to the BBB and was assured by the school that they would send my materials and bring my bill up to date.
Never happened. I complained again and again and this past week was sent a note by them assuring me they were overnight airing my textbooks and I would get it by seven pm on friday. NOTHING. Now I told them I want to cancel and they want to charge me a fee for cancelling althought they breeched the contract by sending Nothing to me. HELP!!!

My suggestion, from someone dumb enough to take such a course is don't send them another cent. (Penn Foster) Write a letter and cite them at fault for breech of contract. Do NOT actually cancell the course, tell them they failed to uphold the contract and it is now VOID. Let them go to collection of they choose.
When the collection calls sned a letter of dispute to the bill citing them at fault for breech of contract. As long as you dispute it, it won't go against you on your credit report. They also have to stop phoning you too!
