I enrolled in PCDI's jewelry repair and design course. I signed on for monthly installments to pay my tuition which was $28.00 a month. For some reason after the second month, I began to get nasty calls and notices, threatning action If I didn't make my payment. The problem was, the payments had been made. After looking,it was found that they were in error. I'd be given an apology and told, it wouldn't happen again, but it continued. Last month I got fed up and withdrew from their program. I hadn't turned in any of the test, but I continued to make the monthly payments.

I paid $24.00 which was due at the time of my enrollment, it was for the introductory course material. I paid $144.00 in monthly tuition, for which I received nothing. I contacted PCDI 12/1/05,over a month after I withdrew, to inquire about when I would receive my refund of $144.00. I was told there would be no refund and that the $144.00 was to pay for withdrawing from the program. If I understand the agreement, it says that the total tuition due would become payable, based upon the number of lessons completed. I completed 0 lessons.
