Complaint Review: PCDIRECTBIZ And James Cook Guy Johnson Keith Austin

November of 2003, I contracted with PCDirect for a laptop computer. I was just learning the internet and was attempting to obtain a computer for myself so that I could assist my brother-in-law with his home business.

Needless to say after months of e-mails and phone calls both to the company and from the "owner" of the company to myself I still did not receive my computer as promised.

The final payment for that computer was withdrawn from my checking account February of 2006. Just 4 months after my last contact with owner James Cook who assured me my computer would arrive in 10 days.

It is June 2006 , my computer has never arrived, but James Cook has my $1800.00 ,can-not-afford-to-lose-dollars.
