PCDIRECTbiz took $99.00 deposit out of my acct. no computer. no refund Ripoff Atlanta Georgia
in july i applied for computer because i had bad credit. they took my $99.00 deposit out immediately on august 3rd. 5 weeks later i called again to check on the order.was told because of labor day it had been backed up. i had since done research and foun d out about their practices. i have made many phone calls and was assured that my refund was coming and here it is jan 07 and now when you call they only have a recording. NO ONE LIVE ANSWERS.still waiting. no refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THE ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE SEEN.
fortunately im only out 99.00 but i could have used that for something more important than empty promises from PCDirectBiz. i hope if someone out there reads this and can help me and others like me they will try.
