PCDoctorOnCall ripoff by PCDoctorOnCall-paid but no service Internet
I downloaded PCDoctorOnCall because I was having trouble with my Outlook Express displaying messages. I paid $29.95 for a 7 day subscription to correct problems on my computer. I ran the program which did not correct the problem.
I finally had to do a full recovery on my computer. I lost the PCDoctorOnCall so redownloaded it. I had the serial number for the subscription printed out with the directions. When I entered the serial and clicked on the unlock button, a message came up that another computer had used this same number and directed me to reorder. I was not about to reorder since I still had 6 days left on my subscription. I can find no email address or phone number for PcDoctorOnCallin order to contact them about this.
I threw away $29.95. I am glad I did not purchase the $49.95 or $119 subscription for which was supposed to be for a longer period of time.
