I ordered the PC repair and it was charged to my credit card on 6-1-02 They are to send you a unlock # and when you enter it you are to be able to repair computer problems that they said was wrong with your computer. Well the unlock # they gave me was wrong as I had gave them the wrong code site as I have a hard time seeing. The order # was 38221rja The site code that was wrong I gave was B99OCCE6 should of been B99DCCE6 the unlock # they gave me was FULL-7A46783D-PCDC
when I entered that # it came up this is not a valid # so I wrote to PC doctors 12 times asking for the correct # and gave them the correct site code. Til this day They have'nt sent the correct # and they have no phone # to call them. There is just no way to get ahold of them. They have my money and I have no product

Call your credit card company, request a chargeback, because of no delivery of service/product.
