Complaint Review: PCH games

I have been trying to redeem the tokens I have won for several days, it tells me to sign in to redeem my prize, for one I'm already signed in because my name is at the top of the screen and two I resign in and nothing happens. So I decided I would contact PCH to see what the problem is, I can't do that either because once again it tells me to sign in, this screen keeps telling me my password is wrong. PCH website seems to work perfectly fine until you try to do two things redeem prizes and contact them and then suddenly the website becomes unresponsive. I feel PCH is using their name to scam people and to advertise company's for free.
