PCLiquidations.com PCLiquidations Item received was not the one pictured like told, warped, damaged, and charged 40$ more for a missing piece. jacksonville, Florida
This company posted a picture of the printer and another one showed up with damage and was warped by the sun. They tried to blame UPS for the damage, but the box was unharmed in transit. The back support was missing making it impossible to line up the paper in order for it to print. They said they would sell us one for 40$, because it wasn't included!! It wasn't an accessory, but a part needed to make it work properly. We had to ship it back at our own expense with the same packaging to get another that wasn't warped and they said it got more damaged on the way back. When I asked them to ship it with better packaging, they told me that it was approved by UPS, so they didn't need to. I explained if they received it back with more damage, wouldn't it make sense to pack it better, they didn't agree! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel we got ripped off.

The owner called me and said he would make this right, and he didn't even know I made this complaint! He sent a new printer that was perfect and gave me a refund of the amount I felt was not fair. After all of this he appologized and asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. I'm upset that I tried to remove this post and they wouldn''t do it.
