PCSecurityShield - PC Security Sheild I could not download PCSecurityshield 09. I got no response to my email or ph. call. I was overcharged. Boynton Beach, Florida
I purchased pcsecurityshield 2009 when it was advertised as a special offer at US$9.99, unfortunately on recieving my credit card statement I noticed I was charged US$49.99.
When I purchased pcsecurityshield 2009 & tried to download the anti-virus program I could not get it to download so I tried to contact PCSecurityshield.com by both email & phone [numerous times] but I got absolutely no response. In the end I had to purchase McAfee Anti-virus which I had no trouble downloading & which has proved to be a trouble free & very adequate anti-virus program.
I tried to get my money back through my credit card company but they in the end said I would have to sort it out with the company concerned personally.
On looking up the internet I have noticed I am not the only one to have had problems with pcsecurityshield.com & I would advise everyone to stay well clear of them unless they want to be cheated & ripped off.
