I purchased software online and the listed price was at $19.99 however, the software company charged my bank account $39.99 when I looked at my bank statement. I immediately asked my bank to stop this and I was informed that once an ATM card transaction is cleared through the clearing house, they cannot stop the transaction. I also immediately erased the downloaded software and never installed it on my system. I asked the vendor to credit my account and NO RESPONSE. DO NOT purchase any software from this vendor because they are a RIPOFF.

I am a computer repair technician who hears alot about this and yes there are many like this, they are scam artists, simply put, with bogus software and simply charge your account, read their disclaimers, you will be suprised of what you clicked yes to, There isnt much you can do about it, they provide a very crummy software service and charge you, and who reads the disclaimer anymore.......thats why your bank could not revoke the transaction, because you accepted the disclaimer, no matter how crappy the service is, or what is provided, they post in the disclaimer what REALLY IS OFFERED,that is what makes what they are doing technically legal, not much you can do but start reading what you buy and cut your losses, happens to a lot of people.

I am sorry but, I was having a bad day. PCSecurityShield did respond after I called and immediately credited my account. It will take three to five business days however; they were great and please utilize this vendor. It was a misunderstanding about a rebate on my part.
