Complaint Review: PC Security Shield

I paid for some computer software and the add said I could download it right away from the download site they will send me after payment with the keycode.

I paid for the software and never recived a keycode or a place to download my software when I emailed and called the comany to cancel the order since I never received what I paid for they said they would cancel my order and refund my money but will charge me $3.00 to do it.

Now how much money do you think they are making by not providing poeple what they paid for and then chaging $3.00 to refund thier money .

so basically the company is not selling anything just ripping poeple off by selling fake products they don't deliver and then charging $3 to give you your money back.

If that's not a ripoff what is?!
