Pctools unauthorised renewal charges Internet
I did purchase this product approx 5yrs ago and never selected auto renewal,haven't even used the computer it was installed on for at least 2yrs,some how this company has obtained my credit card reissue details ie activation and expiry dates which the bank tells me is illegal any way,which they are now investigating along with reimbursment of illegaly obtained funds
