Complaint Review: PCV - CCR - Personal Choice Vouchers

I recieved a call on my cell phone at work saying I was excepted for a mastercard that I applied for online, with a $5,000 limit starting at 0% A.P.R. But I needed a security deposit of $389.00. The woman read all my information back to me, making every thing sound very legit and that I would recieve my card in 7-14 days. Gave me a confirmation # and a call back number(866-426-3170).I stupidly agreed. When I became reluctant and began to rethink it having a bad feeling, the 866# would not help me or give me any information on the company PCV, saying they were just sub-contracted out by them. So I told him to cancell my card and he still would not help me. I was very angry and began to search the internet for information on PCV and luckily came across your web site. I am now on to there sceme and hopefully can stop the charges. Thank you very much for your site,
