First of all, I want to say ALL the orders are refunded. And if this report is not taken away we will be suing not just Catharine but Ripoffreport.com too.

This person first contacted us when she had troubles with SOME of titles she purchased, not all of them.

So right now she has several software titles for FREE because ALL her orders are refunded. Is there a website where one can report rippoff customers? I would love to report her there.

On Feb 3rd, she/he said:

"Dear Catharine. We will refund ALL your orders, please DO NOT visit us again". On Feb 8th, she/he said:

"The refunded titles are Job Interview Questions: TRADITIONAL & TOUGH QUESTIONS 1.0 Einstein for PalmOS 1.2 Word Pack Dirty Pocket Jokes BioRhythms As for Concentration Games - looks like our payment gateway did not charge you for them, this is what it says for the order"

They only refunded me $3.45, I guess the prices went down or they're on sale now?

They are now saying that they have refunded it, but that it will take days to do so. Why was it so quick and easy to refund $3.45--less than a day, but takes so long for the rest?
