PDM promised to lower interest rates at a charge of $990. When I called them for a refund they gave me a story about how a company they hired to help with this did not do as they were hired to do. They said my refund would take 20 days. I think I have called them about 75 times and e-mailed them 4 or 5 times and I still do not have my refund.
I had signed up for this program in Nov 07. I had not heard from them and called them Mar 08. They told me about changing the company and so on. I called them about 2 weeks later asking for a refund. Here it is Sep and I have not gotten my refund. After the first month of not getting return calls from them I started writing down when I called. I feel sorry for the answering service, but they finally gave me an e-mail. I did get a reply from Traci saying that Mardy would be calling me.
I read on this site about getting g with the credit card company to have them get my refund. I sent them a letter asking for their help. I talked to them today and they said that I waited to long, I only had 6 months to do this.
I tried to work with the company I was having issues with and they kept making up stories and pushing things back and now it is to late for the credit card company. I'm pissed. I don't know what I can do now. I have a few more phone numbers and I will keep calling until I talk to someone and get my refund.

The voice mail boxes are full but I'm going to keep calling them and also the answering service.
