This is my first time complaining about a business online and what I am going to tell you are the facts. If you have ever visited this location I want you to pay attention and think about the way this company rings items up. If you notice, when you drop your clothing off you dont receive a receipt unless requested. When you pick up your clothes, you will not get a receipt without requesting it. Also notice the owners son "Yong"is the only person allowed to price items. There are no standard prices in the store, except for the one on the window for laundered buck size shirts. I started asking for receipts and noticed that I was getting charged more than the advertised price on the window. The next time I went in, I asked what the price would be to launder each shirt. I had the employee right that amount on my pick up ticket, this amount matched the advertised price on the window. Sure enough when I picked up the shirts, I was overcharged. When I confronted the manager about this, he started cursing me out and insulting me. These People, in my opinion, are dishonest and money greedy.
