This company stated they could fix a small problem for me and then called me to state they could not fix the problem. However, they forced me to pay to get my item back while they created over $500 in damages. I have since paid someone else to correct the damages they caused. I'm writing this report so you will not have the same issues.

Brett you are a crook! Im so glad your out of business there and the original owners took it back! Those guys know how real business is done! I know you and your dog Shilo opened up a another shop on fm 1463 and Im going to let people know your a crook! Anyone who reads this can rest assure the new owners of the katyland dr shop and truly honest business owners and are still open for business.

I AM VERY DISTURBED THAT SOMEONE WOULD SAY SOMETHING THAT IS SUCH A LIE. WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER AS THIS PERSON STATES. ITS SAD THAT PEOPLE TRY TO RUIN A BUSINESS THAT WORKS HARD TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THIS PERSON SHOULD HAVE COMMUNICATEDTHERE WAS A PROBLEM, IF THERE WAS INDEED A PROBLEM.
