Complaint Review: PE Labs

After checking one of my accounts online, I noticed $149.95 taken out; unauthorized. I saw that it was PE Laps and called the number. Of course, they were not available for response!

I got an email from PE Labs promising a good weight loss product to decrease appitite called Phentrazine. Since I had taken a successful drug prescribed by my doctor called Phentermine, I thought it might have some of the same ingredients for control of appitite.

I only had to pay shipping since this was a free trial. I received other offers from diet pills, but there was always something in the terms and conditions that required me to make future purchases unless I called and cancelled.

I carefully read the terms and conditions and saw nothing on future purposes or any clubs I would have to sign up for, so I assumed it was just a trial and aggreed to pay shipping using my debit card.

I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYTHING OTHER THAN SHIPPING COSTS!!!

The fact that the company cannot be reached for customer service proves that it is not an honest company. Most companies want customer satisfaction and are available for response cause they want more business in the future.

The fact that people have to leave a message to be called back and never are shows that it is a scam.

I'm working with my bank on a dispute tomorrow.

This has left a bad taste in my mouth for ordering things online; especially diet pills. Which is a bit unfair to ligitimate companies out there who really want our business.
