Our company agreed to 75% of the total upon booking the order for rental items. The balance was to be paid upon the following business day (Monday)
The event was December 17th, 2016 from 2-7pm. The balance was to be paid on December 19th, 2016.
We've made several attempts from phone to email to resolve this issue. Since then, the phone number isn't working, the email isn't working and the credit card is declined "restraint".
