Peacemaker Gun Carts Owner demands additional $275 for "shipping" after paying for cart in full 10 weeks ago ATHENS Illinois

On 6FEb15 I ordered a cart via Peacemaker Gun Carts website (peacemakerguncarts.com) and paid $650 via PayPal in accordance with the published terms and conditions. On 17Apr15 Steve Selby (owner of Peacemaker Gun Carts) demanded an additional $275 to ship the cart purchased 10 weeks earlier. Peacemaker Gun Carts’ website did not, and does not, state or suggest $275 for shipping (which is 42.3% of purchase price). Mr Selby will not ship the purchased item even though I paid in full for the product at the time of the transaction 10 weeks ago.  After attempting to convince the seller, Steve Selby, to ship the item I received the following reply: "If you do not want to pay the shipping you can pick in up in person that is the only other option" The seller remains steadfast in his demand for an additional $275 for "shipping" - which he did not innumerate at any time prior to, or the many weeks after, the transaction. Now he demands that I can pick up the merchandise in person, as if traveling 3050 miles round trip from Arizona to Illinois and back is an acceptable alternative. It is abundantly clear that Steve Selby and Peacemaker Gun Carts has no intention of shipping the fully paid merchandise until he receives additional post-sale $275 for undefined "shipping". Steve Selby and Peacemaker Gun Carts persistently refuses to deliver the merchandise for which I fully paid in advance.

Peacemaker Gun Carts continues to show contempt for potential customers

As the original complaint clearly stated, Steve Selby (owner of Peacemaker Gun Carts) did not identify, or even suggest, that shipping was not inclusive.  At the very least he must inform potential customers of the FULL cost of his product up front, not demand an additional $275 two and a half months after closing the sale.  Fortunately PayPal and Visa both agree with this perspective because they validated my claim and refunded my money directly from his business accounts.  Let the buyer beware of Steve Selby and Peacemaker Gun Carts.

SHIPPING IS NOT FREE!

ANYONE WHO THINKS SHIPPING IS FREE IS NOT TO BRIGHT!!!! I build these gun carts one at a time each one has a diffant weight based on the wood type. So the shipping is based on that weight I take each cart to the UPS Store for packing and shipping each box( ships in 2 boxes ) is oversized so UPS doubles the shipping price and shipping materials. So he can pay for shipping or arrange some other type of pick up. He has 90 days starting from 4-25-15 or I will consider it abandoned.
