Peach state auto auction Loganville Georgia
I feel like I've been ripped off I purchased a car at peach state auction on Friday, February 17, 2017 I was allowed to drive the car around the parking lot only able to go at least 20 mph Went on a test ride with their mechanic he said the transmission was smooth engine Solid Had a shake but he said it needed To have the tires rotated and balanced, Took it to a used tire shop have to buy four new tires they all had a bubbles . That stop the shaking but on the way to the tire shop my husband is driving the car started jerking and he said there was something wrong with the transmission .
Went home park the car in the garage but an hour later I left to go to therapy my husband called me and said it was all leaks and transmission fluid in the garage or jerking motion got worse as I drove the car . Monday morning my husband took the car to the mechanic to have it checked out was told it have engine problem transmission problem totaling in repairs $2500 . I just spent over $3000 to purchase this car $150 on tires ,I'm broke I don't have a dime to my name, I called Peach State Auto Auction on Monday telling him about all the problems he said to me it was as purchase,God bless you . I thought if it was something major like engine or transmission problems I would be protected under the lemon law I'm on a fixed income and I don't have any money I don't have transportation I need help, is there anything I can do please help .
