Complaint Review: Peach state freightliner forest park

 Unbelievable !!!!One of the worst dealers in the nation they trick you with fake promises that it's won't take too long,but they waisted 2 days even they promised to check the truck first in the morning to tell me they found nothing what a joke :-( and of course they wanted me to pay for they time that they didn't nothing.When I mention I got papers from TA techinitian that they found a problem they were laughing by telling me that TA mechanics don't know what they are doing . they got big miscommunication problem between the shifts and service writers.

One of the service writers was even rude to me I think his name Corneo or something like that, was with toothpick while talking to me at the counter I attached the pic below ,Is it how official freightliner dealer should look-Hell No!!! Bottom line The problems on my truck still exist .And they keeping my truck as hostage until i will pay them for "diagnostic" they done Best rip-off excuse I heard so Far.Do yourself a favor and don't come here ! Update:The service manager Name Steve was even worse,was waiting him 2 hours and he promised me every 10 min he will be in a few min then when he showed up Instead to help me he was a*****e by threatened me if I don't pay they will call the police
