They have a satisfaction guarantee. I called to try and exchange, not return, a GPS device and they said GPS is not returnable. Even though I have two written documents from the company which list all of the items that are not returnable and GPS is NOT listed. 5 calls to them and all said it needed Executive Office review. Guess whatno calls returned by executive offices. Piss poor customer relations if I do say so.
