Complaint Review: Peak 5 Flatiron

Peak 5 Flatiron I have been paying them for 4 years and fighting them the whole way Centennial Colorado

I have been fighting with Peak 5, Flatiron or who ever they are calling themselves this week ever since I got the car four years ago. It is almost paid off and they are getting even worse.

I authorized one payment to be taken out of my back account and they took two payments one as Peak 5 and one as Flatiron. I have been fighting with them and my bank for over two months. I refuse to do a payment over the phone and I won't even send them a check because I don't want them to have my bank account number, so I know buy postal money orders and mail them in.

They let me have a deferrment when I went in the hopital for surgery and didn't tell me that interest would be added daily to the deferred payment and it would be added on to the last payment.

I had a deferrment with another car loan company in California a few years back and all they did was just move the payment to the end of the loan. I was told last week that my last payment would be over $2000. I have already paid over $20,000 for a car that was suppose to cost me $10,000.

If I ever get this thing paid for I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
