This company is very unproffesional. I have been with this company for almost 3 years and have never been and can count on one hand how many times I have been late for a payment. My payment was set up in allotment because I was in the military therefore my payments have always been on time. However I am currently unemployed right now and searching for employment so I can pay. The woman I talked to told me that I need to go pawn something or have a garage sale to send a payment the same day. Also that she would put that down as refusal to pay when it's not, I can't pay because I don't have the means to right now. I am also ahead of my payments because at income tax time I put extra on my account. She put me on hold I guess to talk to someone else but I hung up because my situation wasn't going to change. When this company was Centrix they were never this rude.

HOW IS IT THAT TRYING TO HELP YOU FIND A WAY TO KEEP YOUR ACCT CURRENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL? THEN, WHEN TRYING TO HELP YOU COME UP WITH A WAY TO MAKE THE PAYMENT ONTIME, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD WHICH IN MY GUESS WAS TO ASK A MANAGER TO GET YOU AN EXTENSION OR SOME OTHER WAY TO HELP, YOU JUST HANG UP!!!
I HOPE THEY GET TIRED OF DEALING WITH YOU & REPO THE CAR
WHAT IS IT WITH PEOPLE ON HERE THAT MAKE A REPORT ON A COMPANY THAT TRIES TO HELP THEM KEEP THEIR CREDIT IN GOOD STANDING???
