Peak Capital Corp collection Tampa Other
I have been notified by our credit agency that detection was noticed in our credit report, it appears that a company by the name of Peak Capital Corp has my wife & I owing them $750.00.
We have no idea who they are & how to contact them.
I have tried to research the net and find no web site.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated in resolving this matter.

I have had a similar experience, where this company is trying to charge me for an old, canceled phone contract. I had already paid over $500 in early termination fees, etc. How do we get them off of our credit reports?

I too have been notified by all three credit bureaus that this Peak Capital Corp states that I owe a payday loan company $783.00 which has increased by $273 to $1056 in a matter of two weeks because I challenged them by having them investigated by all three bureaus. I have no idea who this loan company is, nor have I ever done any business with them now or in the past. The address showing on my credit report is:
10225 Ulmerton Rd Ste 7B; Largo, FL 33771; 877-856-1477. The president of the company is Stephen A. Cerrone. The website is: www.peakcreditservices.com

hi, I was recently checking my husbands and my credit report and we had a new debt from this same named company ( Peak Capitol ), and it had went straight to collections? We never even heard of this debt and my husband is in the military and was unavailable at the time of this debt was supposedly incurred... However I am not sure if this has anything to do with your situation or not, but our credit report company gave us the following info for this company:
10225 Ulmerton Rd ste 7b
Largo, FL 33771
no phone number avail...
and it said the orig. creditor was Talk wireless.. which can be looked up as talkwireless.com
please note: I have no idea if the two compainies are related or if the two situations are related and I am in the process myself of looking into my individual situation, however I know how it can be to have nothing to go on so I thougth I would share what I have learned so far.. I hope this is usefull
