To sum up my story in a nutshell, a payment was made via phone but inadvertently applied to the incorrect Peak5/Flatiron/Centrix account. I called the customer service unit and spoke with a young lady on Saturday 10/27/07; who by the way was the only professional and courteous person I have had the pleasure of speaking with from that company, and was advised that she would send an email to their research department. I was to call back on 10/30/07, which I did and spoke with a very rude woman and was asked by her was I making payment today. NOOOO. You have my payment. It posted to the wrong account. Now they want me to see if my bank will refund me the money that was sent to them which they definitely received instead of doing a simple 'reversal of charges' on their end. Come on Peak5, use common sense. I called you with a confirmation number, verified the total amount paid, and the account information from my bank! Do you really think that I'm going to pay some random individual's car note and let mine fall into shambles. Disgusting to say the least.
