On Nov. 8th, 2018 I made an online purchase for (1) heated jacket through the Peakete websight for the amount of ($134.96) one hundred and thirty four dollars and ninety six cents. After a week I had not received any kind of notificatiion that my jacket had been shipped. I went back to their webpage for their contact info There was a button for a phone number but when clicked does nothing. There was however an email address. I sent an email to their email address (peakete@gmail.com) as well as posted on their facebook page. They responded on the facebook page that they would look into it and give it top priority and I would receive the shipping information by the following weekend. This I believe is a generic response as everyone else that had the same issue as me got the same response. 20 days after purchase and still no delivery or contact from this company. Stay away.
