Pearl Kaite Lori Arnold Houzz Scammer - Not a real client London, UK Internet
I was contacted by a lady claiming to be Pearl Kaite. She and her loving husband and baby were relocating to South Bend, In. They want a designer to set up their new home, meet delivery people etc. She even had a long list of items to be delivered and images. But never an address or inovices. After several emails she began texting about the arrival of a check. The language went from decent to very broken English. And also urging me to deposit the check right away. After asking and not receiving confirmation on her identity I started looking for possible scams on the internet. Sure enough I found some. Beware!! Always confirm identity and NEVER depo a check from someone you don't know!
