Complaint Review: Pearl Vision

I got a pair of glass about 6 month ago and they have broke two time and the Anti-reflective coating is comming off. when I went to the store they told me they would give me a break and only charge me $40.00 for new lens, I told them I would not pay that they said o well. So when I call there home office I was told that the Cleveland store was a franchise and it was upto the owner on what to do they had no control.
