Complaint Review: Pearlfeet

Pearlfeet Pearlfeet.com is a online shoe store. They claim to be out of uk. But there products cone grom over seas. I wish i would of did a exstension review search before ordering. The products take over four months before delvivery. If you ask where your stuff is. All you get is its on its way from customer service. Then after you finnally recive the items. You relise its all lies. There company uses pictures of shoes and clothes on there websites.

Then they send you very cheap un named poorly made and just complete crap. Its like they try to imititae what the picture looks like of the item you want. But its absolutely not what you orderd. I bought 3 pairs of shoes. They were the cheapest plastic things ive ever seen. The shoe size is a 10. The marked out the 10 and cheaply wrote 14 on them. Thats absolutely the only thing found on the shoes. No words no nothing. There was no sould in one pair. Just a thin peace of rubber plastic. They probaly spend 2 dollars making these fraudelent shoes. Find pictures online that they kinda look like and sell them for a very high price. Customer service is a joke.

Some guy will randomly call you back after he dont answer. Then ask you for your order number. Then after you tell him you need something replaced or yyour money back. He then hangsup on u. And then he will never answer your call again. He marks the calls of do not answer. I called from 3 diffrent numbers.

There out of hong kong. They use real pictures of shoes. And then make a cheap version of it thst looks nothing like the product in the pictures. I ordered size 14. They marked out size 10 and put 14. That was the only writing on the shoes. No names no nothing. All i got was a scratched out size and a marker written 14. They came with no souls. You basicslly only have a cheap thin layer of plastic. You couldnt pay someone to even take these things. These are crooks.
