I contacted mr. Pearson February 12th 2020 for an installation of sliding door. Mr. Pearson requested 50% down payment to purchase materials that were available for purchase on the same day he received $1245 deposit. He was supposed to start the installation two days after the payment was received. Mr. Pearson had excuses after excuses of why he could not install the sliding doors in the time frame he promised.

He stop taking my calls and refused to provide me with receipt of purchase for the frame he purchased with my deposit, W9 and invoice reflecting my down payment of $1245. Mr. Pearson has refused to comply with my refund request and refuses to submit the documents mentioned above.

He has conducted this business transaction extremely unprofessional and has had no intentions of resolving this issue despite of my many attempts.
