I called to order PedEgg and after over and over automated people trying to upsale me more products I decided to cancell my order but couldn't get a live person on the phone. I hung up and immediately called back and talked to a gentleman and asked him to please cancel my order. He promised me he made the notes, so I followed up the next day and I was told that the order went through that there was nothing they could do but refuse the package and do not open it and when it's received back at the wharehouse they will fully refund me. Although upset that they didn't cancel the order in the first place I followed the instructions and refused the package and it got shipped back. Weeks went by and still no refund so I called and they showed no package returned and wanted me to give them a tracking number which I had a postal receipt but no tracking number because I refused the package and you only get a tracking number when you pay for postage. After numerous calls to TeleBrand they finally found the package and refunded me half the money spent, so again I called and I was told they do not refund shipping and handeling so I finally got a supervisor on the phone and her name was Melody and she assured me that the rest of the money would be credited back in 7 to 10 business days and mind you this has already been going on for 2 months. I called after 10 business days and the girl on the phone told me it has been put on high alert to speed up the process and I should have the refund in another 7 to 10 days, so I waited another 4 days and called back to check on it and another girl told me that they don't refund shipping and handeling and I told her to look at her notes because the package was refused and sent back never opened so they need to refund me my money then she said oh the money has been credited back but some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show your refund. It's not a lot of money, a little over thirteen dollars they still owe me but in talking to the people they are not helpful. I keep getting the same story over and over again, they keep assuring me (their words not mine) it is in progress and some girls are rude and I am very upset and have told them that over the phone that I keep getting the run around. I left messages for a supervisor to call me back but I never received any phone calls back and I find it upsetting that it's taken this amount of time to receive a refund when it took them less than 24 hours to charge my credit card and get their money even when I asked for it to be cancelled in the first place. I know they're hoping I'll just forget about the money and they'll be off the hook but I need that money, my family doesn't have it to just throw away. I cancelled that order before they even had a chance to process my order but they decided to ignore my request and now I'm praying the price for a company that doesn't care. Imagine how many other consumers out there just give up on the thirteen dollars and PedEgg or TeleBrands make out because they have our money and the product.
