Complaint Review: Pedro Diaz Photography

Pedro Diaz, the wedding photographer based in Florida, USA contacted us in the month of April 2011 to do image retouching work for his clients. We processed around 700-1000 images for him and send it to him in a weeks time. All this while he never said that he will make payments after 3 months.

Once he got all the images and we sent him an email asking him to send payments, he started playing all kind of games. First he said sending in few days, then it became weeks and then he finally said his client pay him in 3 months and he will pay in 3 months.

All this months we kept on emailing him and 5 weeks back he mailed us saying he is expecting payment from client and will send our funds next week. Now since last 5 weeks he is not answering his phone nor answering his email.

All the work was done on the basis of mutual trust and we did a big mistake by trusting his words and not collecting 50% deposit from him. I would advice everyone not to do business with this kind of fraud person and even if you have to do business with him please ensure that your interest is protected and you collect all your money in advance before dealing with this kind of person who cheats innocent people of their hard earned money.
