My husband ordered the information packet over the phone. Of course like everyone else he was told he would only be charged the $9.95 for the first 30 days.
If he called and canceled before then and sent it back he wouldn't be charged for anything else. Well three weeks after he sent it back we got an unexpected charge on our account.
I called the bank and it was from PEI. I called and checked on the UPS delivery and it had arrived two days after we mailed it.
More than a week before the cut-off thirty day period.
