 I ordered 2 aroma diffuser necklaces from Peloha essentials. I fell for the ,"free, just pay shipping". I ordered off my credit card, not paypal. Big mistake. I only received 1 necklace even though the invoice clearly says "2". I have sent several e-mails , called 8 times and left messages and messaged them on Facebook. All I get in response is an automated message saying my order was shipped and recieved. They will not acknowledge me or the missing product dispite numerous attempts. They have stolen my money.

We're sorry for this person's experience with Peloha.

We have been able to look up the order and communicatin history (there was response to the communication sent to us). What actually happened is that:

1. We accidentally sent her one item instead of the two that she ordered

2. She contacted us once and let us know that she only received one

3. We then sent a second shipment with an additional item that was verified as delivered by the USPS tracking number we have on the delivery.

We have not heard from the customer since then, so assumed all was fine.

We are, as always, happy to replace the product or offer a full refund.
