In late June 2008 I called Pen Impressions aka East Coast Pen & Pencil and placed an order for 250 pens for my daughter's wedding on 9-20-08. At the time I felt really good about the order as I used their services three years ago and was very pleased. My credit card was charged for the order on 7-2-08 and delivery time was quoted at 2-10 business days. After three weeks I became a little concerned so I called and spoke to someone who assured me that she would call the production department and call me right back. I left her with several contact numbers to assure I'd get the call or message since all the numbers have voice mail. I never received a call back. I continued calling them 1-3 times a day after that and was either connected to their voice mail or received a recording stating the voice mail box was full. I always left a detailed message with the phone numbers where I could be reached (home, cell & work). I have also emailed them twice and again no reply. My daughter called them last Monday 8-11-08 and spoke to a Barbara, who assured my daughter that she would check on the order and call me immediately. Again no call back!! At this point, I'm tired of wasting my time and effort with these people and the wedding is getting close. I would just like my money back so I can take my business elsewhere!!
