Complaint Review: PENBROOK PRODUCTIONS PROCESS FROM HOME BY ANGELA PENBROOK

On March 31, 2008 after thoroughly reading the advertising promo about home rebate processing, I decided it would be a good investment that would pay off. She stated an official 63-p. quick start guide would be downloadable along with email addresses from Angela and a personal advisor would be accessible w/n 5 min of enrollment, LIE #1. I proceeded to contact technical support...NO HELP!

A week later I contacted consumer care again and spoke with a rep. whose english was barely understandable not to mention rude was she. I mentioned to her about not yet receiving the program; she said I should receive the email w/n 24 hrs with the instructions. 96 hours later absolutely no email, LIE #2.

With persistence, I finally received the link 2 weeks after purchasing the program. I thoroughly read it and ultimately Angela did NOT deliver on her 'this is not a scam' promise... LIE #3...3 strikes and Angela's out!

BEWARE! BEWARE!!!! Check w/ BBB first!
