I was interested in finding something to keep me busy, received an e-mail on how easy it is to work rebates. Sent them the required $ 175.00 and received a very complicated set of how to's on the internet. Asked for a refund and they sent me an e-mail on May 16 that my refund had been processed and the money would be deposited in my account in 5-7 business days. This e-mail was by Angela Penbrook. Sent another e-mail and received an e-mail that they were sorry for the inconvenience, and I would receive a call from their customer service department manager within 24 to 48 hours. They also sent me a copy of a transaction history report #1036727 showing me that they had accomplished the refund procedures, this was also signed by Angela Penbrook. I have sent two more e-mails with no responce. Because of this I will never respond to an e-mailed anything.
