Complaint Review: Pendragon Actes U.S. K-9

We met "Captain" Ralph Micheal Giannetti at a show where his booth was set up! When he saw my son who has Down syndrome , he immediately began speaking about how many service dogs he has trained for children with disabilities. He said "I do this all for the Kids"! We got our puppy on Valentine's Day, and we prepaid $2100 to train her. He canceled the first two out of the first three service appointment dates! After he said he lived by the motto "consistency is the only way to train pups", we began to feel uneasy about his training services! He called us demanding the balance for the second level training be paid in full before he started training level one which was already prepaid in full and hadn't started because of his consistency in cancelling. At that point my husband and I decided we didn't want to work with this guy, and requested our money to be refunded as we never received his services! He laughed in our face saying no one gets refunds, and he has avoided us ever since! Their are multiple law suits against this man to exceed the amount of $100,000 that he has had to pay back to people for stealing their money! We have a dog, but now need the money back to fully train her to be my sons service dog. This is the lowest thing I've ever heard of let alone lived through, and I ask myself how does someone who has a record of stealing from the elderly and disabled sleep at night!
