Their ad as stated in the picture advertises:

FULL WARRANTY Many customers are waiting for their money back after the work was not started or completed as promised on their contract.

This company was found to be working out of an empty warehouse with broken down hot tub and spa inventory at 5232 Montrose Rd. Niagara Falls, ON. not exactly as stated on their ad.

Problem pavers are popping up across the Niagara Region, preying on vulnerable homeowners. Dont be fooled by their sales pitches and often empty promises.

A popular scam is Peninsula Paving, also known as Done-Rite Paving. They show up at people's homes unannounced and offer to pave their driveway at a deep discount using leftover materials from other jobs in the neighborhood. The complaints against this company alleges that they regularly target seniors or new homeowners charging low prices but takes their deposit and never returns, or they start a job and never complete it, keeping their deposit hostage. The customers claim once a deposit is given, the company refuses to return their phone calls.

Sometimes, Peninsula Paving, also known as Done-Rite Paving began paving before the homeowner authorized the work, in some cases causing damage to their property on the exterior and interior with leaking basements, then demanding immediate payment before the job is completed.

Other complaints involve waiting for weeks or even months before the customers were contacted to be updated as to when the company ( Peninsula Paving, also known as Done-Rite Paving) would complete the work they had started. Once the company received a downpayment of half of the estimate price, they were suddenly too busy to start the job, or could not be reached.

When contacted in person for comments about the quality of work and promises they offer clients, the mother, Nellie Cirrillo, who claims to be only the secretary said she was not related to the President Dino Cirrillo (her son) or the estimator Tony Cirrillo, (her other son) or the owner Joe Cirrillo (her husband). She had no other comment at this time.
