Like many others I see on here, I have been riped off. Paid $180.00 for a warranty on recently purchased 2001 Cherokee Sport. Brought the vehicle for repairs"ball joints, and axle joints" all which should be covered the next week, and was denied a claim because my paperwork had not got to them prior to my claim, so was called "pre exhisting" This however is a lie because my warranty started the day I purchased the vehicle for 6 months, and 7500 miles which is clearly written down on the warranty. So now I have a bbb claim, and attorny general claim. Anybody else with the same problem? Is a class action in the making? Feel free to contact Via E mail at Mrgq4126@yahoo.com.

For some reason the address is wrong in this report. Should be Wilkes Barre PA. Not RI
