Complaint Review: Penny

I paid $70 for an astrology reading. The report was inaccurate and ridiculous.  Lots of cut and paste...

Sent a fake name, date of birth and email address. The report to fake person with different birthdays and different star signs was exactly the same as mine. 

Astromary website stated 100% refund guaranteed. Sent her numerous reminders but no reply.

We write in earnest and are vulnerable in desperate times. Instead we are suckered into a scam. They take advantage when we face difficulties in this harsh world.

All I want is a refund, as stated on astromary website, a closure for my weakness and to move on.
