Complaint Review: Pennytalk

Pennytalk customer Service I had $25 credit purchased on my account, However, my call got diconnected and i was charged without calls going through. The company billed my credit card without authorization. Ihad to cal them for a refund. The also charged my account even when my international calls were disconnected. When I tried to get intouch with their customer service department, I was placed on hold with boring music. Newark New Jersey

Pennytalk company is a subsidiary of IDT. They claim to save callers and phone card users money.In reality they overcharge customers and their customer service place individual calls on hold for as long as 30- minutes with no apparent reason. This business with its intent to ripp off ordinary Americans, allow them to place international calls, then charge them exorbitent fees even when calls are disconnected or don't go through. The company will automatically exhaust the cedit line on your phone calling card, then charge your credit card without your authorization.
