Complaint Review: Pentagroup Financial LLC

Pentagroup Financial LLC Pentagroup failed to verify who they were providing services to, and placed an erroneous collection debt on my credit report. Houston Texas

On 4/1/12, Pentagroup placed a collection debt inmy credit report.  Problem, it was not my debt.  They then sold rights to the debt to another collection agency,  Fast forward, on 6/11/13 I was notified of the debt.  After doing a credit check, I discovered what Pentagroup had done.  It took a whole day to obtain a email address for them that was legit.  I sent emails to both agencies, here's the response from Pentagroup.

They have refused to send a response in English, despite my request.  I'm sure they were They were speaking English when they contacted Transunion.  Can't get them via phone. or internet.  They'made money selling the debt, and have now move on leaving me to resolve the issue. 

I don't know what was said in their e-mail, but I know it's nothing compared to what I've said about them.
