Pentair Aquatic Systems pump failures during subfreezing temps caused collateral damage to my pool - company denied claim Atlanta California

Pool installer installed brand new pool Pentair SuperFlo pumps less than 4 months ago which malfuntioned on the eve of subfreezing temps and becuase the pumps were running hot, the pool contractor shut them down to prevent further overheating or a potential fire.

As a result, beofre he could install the new pumps, which Pentair did provide at no cost,  the pool equipment froze, pipes burst and resulted in $3000 of damege. Pentair denied the claim alleging that they had done me a favor by providing new pumps outside of the limited warranty and I should have run outside at night in the subfreezing temps and drained all the pipes and winterized my pool becuase their equipment failed to operate as promised.

Cold shoulder and legaleze. Not willing to do the right thing.
