Complaint Review: People Lookup

years ago I did a search looking for my missing sister and received information from this company. I went and searched at the location they gave out and found out that the apartment bldg was sold about a year prior to me coming and no on lived there as it was being renovated. I contacted the company then and the young lady informed me the information may not have been updated yet.

I then did a seach 4 days ago again searching for my sister as her son just died and we need to find her and guess what...yes the company had the same information..another 49.99 down the drain.

I contacted the company to see about a refund and the lady told me that it was my own fault that I should have donw a people search only. I told her I was hoping for a new address to locate her by but instead that her company still is listing a address over 4 years old and it was wrong 4 years ago and its wrong today. So no refund, no address, no information. BUYER BEWEAR this company is a rip off and not worth the time, money or effort and they have bad customer service.
