Complaint Review: People PC

This account was suposed to be closed almost two years ago. Come to find out, they NEVER closed the account at my husbands request after several calls. After several moves and a busy life, we find out that for all this time they have been charging our account for monthly useage that we do not have.

When I spoke with them they said they have no record of the account being closed. I told them of course they don't! I informed them that I checked up on them and this seems to be common practice for their business.
