We will make it simple for you, Get it in Writing, Trust No-one and Don't let them take all your money untill all the work is done. The pushy sales person told us everything we wanted to hear and they delivered about half of it. We have to have our carpets cleaned from the mud they tracked in. We don't even like the way the windows look but they don't care. We paid them and there is no return calls. We are sorry we did this project with them.
I won't be going back to the store that has them in either! No more business from me for letting them have a kiosk there!

Get it in writing and trust no one.... im sorry but this is once again a fake story issued by someone who just loves to hate our company. i'm thinking maybe a competitor. the facts are this, we havent installed a window job from our in store program yet... we havent even been in the store long enough to have the windows made and installed yet.. so what im saying for those of you who want to hate on us is that you should check your facts and try to post something that takes me at least more than a minute to write a response to. this is getting ridiculous. the best part is you probably work for a huge multi million dollar corporation and are living comfortably when you are trying to put a locally owned and operated company trying to do thinbgs without all the overhead and politics of a huge corporation out of business. Oh and just a few more things about your "report". our window installation crew (yes we only have one because we focus more on roofing) doesn't even smoke. the stores we are in are not even in portland where you are from and finally we never take all of any customers money until they sign off on something saying they are happy with the job. I don't know what else i can say here.
